Randy McKitrick serves as VP of Sales for BlueWave Security, developing and executing the go-to-market strategy and product & brand positioning. He brings nearly twenty years of sales and marketing expertise in both established and start-up manufacturing and distribution environments including core competencies in key account & field sales management, new business development, channel & supply chain management, and marketing planning & communications.

Prior to joining BlueWave Security, he served as Vice President of Sales for General Lock Service, an integrated security division of Clark Security Proudcts, providing sales and service leadership to Fortune 100 retail clients including Wal-Mart, Target, and Macy’s.   He also served as Regional VP of Sales for Clark directing regional sales managers and territory account managers for security product sales activity to security professionals and industrial end-users including healthcare, education, and government sales verticals.

Prior to his tenure there, he was Marketing Manager for Ingersoll-Rand for their Schlage Lock division. While there, he provided the overall category management for the product line with emphasis on new product introductions, pricing strategies, product packaging, advertising, merchandising, and channel management.

 

He holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
